Lead and manage passenger and baggage screening operations, ensuring compliance with international security standards.
Conduct quality control audits to ensure adherence to practices and procedures.
Provide training and safety information to a multilingual team as a certified First Aid instructor.
Oversee and monitor X-ray screening operations, ensuring certified standards are upheld.
Implement and enforce health & safety regulations in the workplace.
Prepare detailed reports using MS Office and other reporting tools.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory requirements, security protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Manage team performance through effective communication, motivation, and leadership.

Qualifications:

Experience:

At least 3 years in a similar role or capacity.
Minimum 3 years of experience in passenger and baggage screening as a certified X-ray Screener.
At least 1 year of experience as a certified First Aid instructor, delivering training to multilingual staff.
