Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for providing the leadership, guidance, support, and direction for the cleaning and maintenance of all Facilities, aiming to achieve the best results.

  • Oversee operations of the company working with Senior Management from other contracts and departments
  • Have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the delivery of all Projects contracts.
  • Overseeing financial and technical matters with a focus on performance of services delivered.
  • Draft and submit Financial Budgets for each service sector to Senior Management showing financial performance outputs.
  • Support the preparation of new opportunities with reviewing the organization structure, technical specifications, and financial parameters in cooperation with the Business Development Team.
  • To ensure contract compliance with the companys policies and regulations on Quality, Environment and Health & Safety and Qatari labour laws.
  • Leading the team and demonstrating continual motivation to deliver an exceptional quality of service.
  • To deliver a high quality of service solutions through the understanding of building assets and the associated required cleaning and maintenance solutions.
  • Develops a bid strategy and solutions in collaboration with the Business Development team cost and operating strategies and tactics.
  • Studies documents and any technical information received during bid preparation for optimal solutions and budget.
  • Liaises with operational, financial and legal teams to agree on approach, risks and budget.
  • Develops and designs innovative facilities management solutions and adapts them to market needs and opportunities.
  • Provides leadership for technology watch activities in facility management. Aims to develop the creative potential available within the company. Proposes and tests new ideas.
  • Identifies and quantifies risks, mitigation measures and opportunities.
  • Provides leadership and collaborates with the operations team during mobilization phase.
  • Ensuring a high standard of all staff?s personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and Company regulations.
