? The candidate must be a mechanical engineer degree holder. (qualification through distance study is not acceptable) .? He must have minimum of 15 years of experience in managing EPC projects for the above mentioned sectors from engineering stage till commissioning.? He must be well experienced in managing the contractual and commercial part of the contracts.? A good experience in man fabrication of piping spools , vessels and tanks.? A good experience in negotiation of contract terms and award of contracts to subcontractors.? Able to attend meetings with clients to discuss variation claims and other contractual matters.? To represent the company in a professional manner with clients.? Has the capability to interview and select the right expertise for his team and able to evaluate his personnel .? must have a good understanding of engineering (design) and well experienced in EPIC project execution especially with regard to mechanical construction.
