Job Description

Main purpose of the job / MissionWe are looking to expand our Support/Solution engineer team with an experienced and ambitious Engineer for Qatar.You already have some proven experience in telecom networking and security for similar on-site engineer roles, now you want to take the next step and expand your skill set and horizons as a dynamic front-line fighter in the age of secure digital transformation.You work closely with, and report to, the Head ofSales and the Solution Team in HQ.Main responsibilities

  • Be fully familiar with the project telecoms scope of work, prepare design basis, philosophies, and technical specifications, as required.
  • Work as member of several teams, collaborate and work comfortably both individually and with larger groups.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
  • Provide technical support for ongoing projects and work closely with customer.
  • Attend customer location to resolve issues and restore system error.
  • Communicate network security issues to peers and management clearly and effective.
  • Ability to carry out system installation.
  • Develop network proposals and implement proposed solutions.
Additional tasks
  • Manage communication with multiple cross functional teams through to project completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Competencies (experience and attitudes to do the job)
  • Good Communication Skills in English
  • Preferable to have a good level of Arabic
