JOB DESCRIPTION:

Checking the applicants? documents (eligible/not eligible) to get QCHP License.
Coordinating between the staff and the supervisor regarding the interview
Reporting to HR Department about the result of the interview
Introduce the company and the process for the license for new coming staff.
Preparing all necessary documents related to licensing of nurses.
Processing the dataflow & evaluation, Prometric exam, and ILS / PLS Course for the license.
Arranging for the stamping of Police clearance both from the Embassy & MOFA.
Booking medical for the license.
Apply for a temporary license for Nurses.
Guide the staff in the process of Qatar Police Clearance.
Apply for the E-License.
Checking staff that is due for the renewal of the E-License.
Receiving calls from private patients and coordinating with some of Hamad patients (Arabic speaking only).
Updating HR Department on the status of all the current processes.
Translating documents From English to Arabic Or Vice-versa.
Preparing contracts for new patients both Hamad Patients and private patients.
Preparing the contracts for the nurseries and coordinating with the assigned Doctor.
Helping with preparation of tenders (Arabic Part).
All the documents related to the licenses of nurses are to be applied at the soonest time possible.
Immediate action or follow-up for any QCHP license for the nurses.
Dataflow & Evaluation to be applied.
Renewing the Licenses of the Nurses.
Preparing the contracts for new Patients.
Preparing the Contracts for the Nurseries.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED / WORK EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors degree in Nursing or related - preferred
Must have at least five (5) years of experience as a Nursing Coordinator ? in Qatar
