Overseeing and improving the daily functions of the nursery.
Production of new plants by propagating the plants cuttings, seeds etc.
Overall arrangement of plants nursery and green house.
Looking after the maintenance of Indoor and outdoor plants.
Keeping inventory record of nursery items.
Shaping plants as per site requirements.
Apply pesticides and fungicides for all the plants periodically
Prepare and monitor the schedule of fertigation.
Creating staff work rosters and delegating duties.
Ordering nursery stock including soil, stones, fertilizers, shrubs, plants, and trees.
Growing plants, trees, and shrubs to use as stock.
Monitoring watering times, soil conditions, and plant pathology.
Responding to site requests and assisting the nursery staff.
Prepare the display with finish products.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report .
Training the nursery staff.
