Job Summary:The Nursery Gardener will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the plants and trees in the nursery. They will ensure that the plants are healthy and well-maintained and will provide their expertise in planting, irrigating, pruning, and fertilizing.Job Responsibility:- Cultivate and care for a wide variety of plants, shrubs, and trees in the nursery.- Plant, water, prune, and fertilize the plants to ensure their proper growth and maintenance.- Monitor and control the pests and diseases to prevent any damage to the plants.- Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the nursery area.- Provide guidance and assistance to customers in selecting the appropriate plants for their gardening needs.- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.- Preserve and store seeds, bulbs, and cuttings for future use.- Keep up-to-date with the latest gardening trends, techniques, and products.
