Job Description

We are seeking a Music School Receptionist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Music School Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors, as well as assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and greet students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information about music programs, lessons, and schedules
  3. Assist with student registrations, including collecting and processing enrollment forms, fees, and payments
  4. Maintain accurate student records and update student information in the database
  5. Schedule and coordinate music lessons, rehearsals, and performances
  6. Assist with organizing and promoting music events, workshops, and concerts
  7. Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized space
  8. Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  9. Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a smooth operation of the music school
  10. Handle any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
Preferred Candidate:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. 1-5 years of relevant experience in a customer service or administrative role
  3. Passion for music and knowledge of different music genres and instruments
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Attention to detail and accuracy
  9. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  10. Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
