3-5 years? experience preparing MIS reports involving working with MS Excel
Handle end-to-end MIS, Reporting and follow-ups related to digital on-boarded Bank accounts
Generate MIS reports for different CRM areas (e.g., leads for different products, Tasks, Alerts, Offers, CAD exceptions, Service Requests, etc.) and share updates with relevant stakeholders
Communicate with concerned channel members (e.g., sales, call-center, RMs, Branches) to ensure proper action taken and closure on CRM Campaigns and related activities
Publish insightful and innovative CRM dashboards & KPI trackers in order to ensure increased cross-sell and growth in overall Business performance across Sales and automated channels
