QUALIFICATIONBachelor?s degree or equivalent in engineering, science, computer science or commerce
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure development of FOPS method statements, processes and procedures, work instructions, templates, check lists, etc.; ensure consistent utilization of them across all projects.
Review the current FOPS activities and business processes within FOPS Entity and departments in order to identify areas of optimization and improvement.
Ensure development of FOPS Benchmark multidiscipline database by retrieving project key data at various phases of projects.
Ensure identification and capturing FOPS lesson learnt throughout the project execution and capitalization of them across all new Projects.
Assist in preparation of FOPS team organization chart, job description, training matrix, work allocation matrix, etc.
Monitor FOPS technical performance across the Projects; identify areas of vigilance/ area of concern and propose the way-forward.
Assist in performing audit within FOPS Team and across all projects to ensure compliance with FOPS processes/procedures.
Assist in performing FOPS audits for Contractor(s) at various stages of project including CFT& CTR qualification, design, construction support and close out phases.
Define KPIs with leaders of all teams in FOPS and Assist to monitor overall progress of Operations, Commissioning, MIE and SIMOPS for each package.
Develop dashboards for each team in FOPS and global dashboard for FOPS Manager.
Coordinate with other teams such as Workforce team for the manpower resources, Cost team for Closure Forecast and investment budget to maintain the operation performance of FOPS team.
Prepare weekly/monthly steering data/report, detailing overall progress across schedule, risks, changes, technical issues and resources to ensure accurate information is available to support decision making and opportunities.
Attend and prepare MOM for weekly and monthly FOPS management meeting with the Leaders of Operations, MIEC, Commissioning and SIMOPS, to review progress, technical issues.
