Job Description

This is an entry level role that requires prior experience in retail or retail operations in a fast moving electronics/consumer retail. In this role, you will be responsible for the following duties.?

  • Liaise & update stock level with existing key accounts on a daily basis for sales opportunities
  • Upload customer orders on to the key account order management system and manage the end to end process
  • Ensure stock availability of fast moving items and stock rotation
  • Regularly monitor device prices in the market and negotiate for the best deal with handset suppliers as well as customers
  • Maintain zero bad debts by keeping a track of customer account statement and collection of payments from customers on time
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand current business trends, competitor activates in the market, customer feedback and new sales opportunities
  • Implement device promotions with key accounts to increase brand visibility & revenue
  • Maintain accuracy in pricing decisions to create fine balance between revenue & profitability
  • Maintain zero errors in the key account order management system process
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely stock rotation to minimize stock obsolescence
