Job Description

The Membership Membership is responsible for maximizing Membership conversions & enrollment of new members for Corinthia Yacht Club & Corinthia Hotel Gewan Island Memberships and Villas Lease to Buy model. Incremental Revenues generated from Members include Berthing & Events for which the Membership Manager & Team are incentivized separately.A role with account management whether One to One Local Members, Corporate market sectors (including but not limited to VVIP dignitaries, high end corporate companies, Government, and diplomatic entities)The Membership must maximise revenue in alignment with the strategic goals KPIs and the objectives of Corinthia Doha.Responsible for building a Membership Sales Team subject to business volume of activity.Accountable for Yacht Club & Villas promotion to the local & international members, achieving maximized membership sales targets as per annual sales targets.Develops the annual Yacht Club and Villas Membership sales plan in conjunction with senior management, Corinthia Regional Sales team, in order to achieve membership and villas sales targets.Actively contribute to all forecasting and budgeting processes as deemed necessary in conjunction with senior management.Drives and coordinate all sales activity to develop new and existing contacts within the local and agreed governmental and diplomatic markets.Builds & Adjusts the membership benefits based on members feedback & needs to ensure membership sales convert and members renew year on year.Captures greater market share and increase revenue through local client marketing and sales initiatives in conjunction with Owning company Sales Team, Corinthia Global Sales teams.
