To establish health and trustworthy client relationship; answers all questions and concerns that clients may have
Seek out clients to promote and sell company range of products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacy, etc.
Offer company products to new clients and retain existing clients
Prepare presentations to end users with excellent demonstrations
Visit end users to discuss current/future needs
Request, follow up with ongoing tender
Conduct post-sale training sessions to individual product users, professional teams, or healthcare departments.
Provide training for device use and minor troubleshooting, when needed
Work with other team members to achieve sales target
Respond to end user/purchase inquiries in timely manner
Provide reports on sales activities and pipelines
