1.Reviewing the quotation and understanding the scope to be done by the company2.Preparing the technical submittal to get the client / contractor approvals (Material submittal, Drawing review & Technical calculation submittal for filtration system)3.Work out the quantity for material and equipment required for the project. Prepare and submit Equipment & Material Requisition Form to Purchasing Department and coordinating with various suppliers to get the quotation and after the price satisfaction, should will give the confirmation to purchase team to place the order.4.Co-ordinate with the Main Contractor on timings and location mobilization of workers and equipment on site.5.To coordinate with the sub-contractor for the works.6.To attend to Coordination, Progress and Technical meetings when required by the Architects, Consultants and Clients7.To coordinate with various contractor like Mechanical (HVAC, Fire Fighting etc) Electrical & Plumbing works (Irrigation and all plumbing works in the project)8.Arranging the workers for daily project works. Monitoring the site status and completing the project according to the requirement of main contractor schedule.9.To prepare and submit monthly progress claim to Main Contractor as per the works done and following up with them for receiving the payment.10. Preparation of Mechanical Design calculations11.Any other assignment given by the Management on time to time
