Job Responsibilities:On-site real-time support for spare parts arrangements.
Collection of materials from warehouse and maintain records
Stacking of materials in containers with labelling.
Record keeping of inventory.
Daily required spares data collection and arrangement & Procurement assistance and follow-up.
Acting as a single focal person for spare parts and consumables management.
look ahead spare arrangement in consultation with supervisors.
Coordination with customer and third parties for spares issuance.
Material returns after execution with records with proper labelling and packing.
