Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials. Record any type of cannibalization from a stock item to fulfil the emergency.
Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders in terms of the quality including dimension, as per drawing of the products to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications; report any discrepancies or damages.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory transactions, such as receipts, shipments, preservation, and shelf life of the preserved items.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies governing the handling and storage of materials.
