Our client is a well-known automotive group who is looking to hire an Arabic Speaking Marketing & Sales Director (automotive) to be based in Qatar.Working with key stakeholders, you will manage a strong sales team as well as oversee standards for displaying and merchandising, forecasting and budgeting, planning and implementing the goals and objectives for achieving sales and gross profits and inventory management. You will also be responsible for customer retention, customer satisfaction scores, policies and procedures of the division, working alongside the marketing department and the overall management of the division. You will be responsible for preparation and development of the integrated sales and marketing strategy to effectively achieve bran promotion objectives, increase market share, achieve sales targets and increase revenue for sales as well as planning and managing the launch of new vehicles with an emphasis on business results and additional market growth. Consistently re-evaluating client opportunities and potential based on current trends, changes in the market etc. as well as driving consultative, customer-centric selling behaviours.
