Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree- Marketing/ Business Management/ relevant field.
  • 7-10 years in marketing preferably in cable industry in GCC region.
Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to Sales & Marketing Director on day today activities related to Sales & Marketing.
  • Market study of new products, with their market value, competitors analysis, pricing structure and their technical parameters.
  • Market reports to understand the companys market share against competitors and areas of
  • improvement.
  • Make sure the company brand is available in all the project vendors list of Qatar.
  • Closely work with Utilities of Qatar on product listing, product approvals and on setting priorities for our brand.
  • Closely work with Consultants of Qatar on product listing, product approvals and on setting priorities for our brand.
  • Assist marketing team on building market intelligence database on projects in concept stage, tender stage and ongoing projects.
  • Closely work with the Project owner representative/Consultant/Utility on Mega (Major) projects and to do necessary lobbying with an ultimate objective on having leverage on pricing and to prioritize our product.
  • Need to provide monthly report on meetings done and expected outcomes.
  • Liaise with Utilities on international investments and to promote using our product for these projects, which will enhance our export business.
  • Prepare periodic sales and marketing activity and strategy reports for senior management. Evaluate information based on marketing surveys on current and new product concepts/markets/projects.
  • On approval of management, participate in industry conferences, seminars and trade shows.
  • Assist in introducing diverse products (non-cables) with the consultants and utilities.
