  • Work closely with Market Research manager on monthly customer satisfaction trackers, as well as brand health and communication tracking for Consumer, Enterprise & Home services
  • Running both Qualitative and Quantitative research projects and selecting the best applicable methodology based on the project objectives
  • Managing all In-house research requests through internal Tele-survey team including questionnaire designing, fieldwork, analysis and reporting
  • Drawing conclusions and recommendations based on all research results, as well as facilitating workshops for following up on action planning
  • Work closely with Vodafone Group on Geo-Markets related research projects
  • Assisting in annual research budget managing and forecasting
  • Research agency management
