Directorate: CommercialDepartment: Market ResearchReporting To: Market Research DirectorLocation: QatarJob PurposeTo support the Market Research Director in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to drive strategic decision-making aligned with the organization?s vision. The role involves customizing research profiles, conducting research initiatives, analyzing results, and delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Market Research Director to customize research profiles aligned with business objectives.Work closely with leadership, including the Chief Commercial Officer, to understand research requirements and priorities.Assist in managing consultants? deliverables to ensure alignment with defined research objectives.Support the selection and implementation of research methodologies (online surveys, phone surveys, focus groups, interviews, etc.).Participate in conducting and overseeing research initiatives in coordination with internal teams and external consultants.Assist in feasibility studies for future projects, contributing to analysis and reporting.Analyze research findings and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.Participate in stakeholder meetings to present insights and strategic recommendations.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.QualificationsEducationBachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fieldMaster?s degree preferredExperienceMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in market research or related disciplineTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint mandatory)Core CompetenciesStrong analytical and research skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to translate complex data into clear business insights
