  • Our client in Qatar is looking to hire˙Manpower Planning Specialist
Key Responsibilities-
  • Maintain the organizational structure of the company by on-time updating of occupancy and vacancy resulting from hiring, termination, resignation, transfer, and promotion to ensure generation of accurate report
  • The Incumbent will be responsible to maintain positions and organizational structure records within HRIS, review the Organizational Structure changes and prepare summary impact of these changes, support business units the annual manpower budget preparation and provide manpower utilization efficiency reports and analytics
