Position : Manpower Planning AnalystWork Location : QatarTo maintain positions and organizational structure records within HRIS, review the Organizational Structure changes and prepare summary impact of these changes, support business units the annual manpower budget preparation and provide manpower utilization efficiency reports and analyticsManpower Planning Review and AnalysisManpower Planning Policies & Procedures and the guidelinesManpowerneeds supported by the business plan and advice necessary recommendations to Manpower Planning Team Lead.Identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to manpower planning issuesAssist in obtaining necessary approvals on all Manpower Requisitions, and distribute the updated manpower plan to the respective stakeholdersSystem Administration & ReportingEvaluate all requests for additionalmanpower, creating new positions, deleting positions, upgrading positions, downgrading positions, reclassifying positions, and splitting positionsReconciliation between HR records and the actual count in the departmentCollate and analyze information regarding current number of staff (headcount report), distribution of staff levels within the organization, turnover rates, and retention dataUpdate employee cost center by reorganization of employee?s assignment as per approved job transfer for an accurate charging of cost to concerned departmentThe incumbent shall ensure the highest standards are followed to safeguard the sensitive and confidential data of Company.QualificationBachelor?s degree in a related field (such as Business or Human Resources) or equivalent.Work Experience - 5 years of related experience, preferably in a similar Industry - Public ServiceInterpersonal skillsPersonal drive, commitment and being a self-starterOrganized and Multi-tasking skillsAbility to work effectively with a variety of groupsCustomer Oriented
