FIFA World Cup 2022, POS AcceptanceAutresD‚but : 14 mars 2022DohaBac +3> 5 ansJob descriptionVisa is seeking an individual that will manage and implement Visa?s payment infrastructure network at the FIFA World Cup 2022? based in Doha, Qatar. The position will report directly to the Global Acceptance Lead (Project Manager) based in Doha, Qatar.Start March 15th / April 1st 2022 latest.The position might be located in our EMC offices in Doha.Responsibilities? Manage the implementation of the POS Acceptance solution and infrastructure as well as support overall operations for the FIFA World Cup 2022? at all related events and official sites (i.e., stadiums and FIFA Fan Festival locations, etc.)? Work in close partnership with Visa?s acquiring partner to build and meticulously maintain project plans and implementation documents for on time and on budget delivery? Conduct site visits and discovery sessions to identify operational requirements and provide best-practice recommendations based on Visa?s contractual rights and objectives? Lead the supervision of all POS software and hardware system configuration tests with acquirers, vendors, etc. for sign-off? Provide support in the development and delivery of the Non-Visa cardholder (NVC) product solution/s with the Visa Acceptance team and the acquiring bank and suppliers (as appropriate)? Provide support in the development of POS and NVC training and troubleshooting materials for all onsite Visa and merchant staff; lead training sessions as required? Produce product specifications and documentation of all POS Acceptance solutions and NVC solutions and their delivery across locations? Develop escalation plan to support onsite teams during tournament; provide information and daily support to the Visa onsite staff for the duration of the tournament? Provide support for the development of required daily reporting across product categories with the acquirer/s? Interact with and provide day-to-day communication within Visa, its stakeholders, football entities, venues, concessionaires, vendors and any other relevant parties related to the successful implementation of the POS Acceptance network and NVC solution/s? Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of any other sponsorship initiatives or administrational matters related to POS Acceptance at the events as deemed necessary by managementPreferred experienceQualifications? Bachelor?s degree in IT or 5 years? experience in Financial Services industry or Project Implementation in Banking or Retail? Fluency in English (verbal and written)? Knowledge of the local Qatari financial services/acquiring system (preferred)? Knowledge of running retail events (preferred)? Understanding of and practical experience with sporting event operations and logistics (preferred)? Excellent self-management, organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities? Strong communication and relationship building skills? Dedication to customer service? Enthusiastic and flexible team player with pro-active approach? Proficiency in MS Office products and project management tools? Ability to work long, flexible hours and possibly some weekends? Ability to travel
