Job Description

About the role:As a Manager Control Center & Systems, you will help us achieve these ambition:

  • Manage high-level stakeholders, facilities management delivery teams and theirpartners through the deployment of necessary subject matter experts to investigate and resolve technical failures of various controls systems, in order to ensure the appropriate root-cause fix has been identified and applied thereby preventing future failures.
  • Manage the contractual and service level agreements of all related contracts by coordinating with the delivery team or facility management managers, in order to ensure the contractors, comply to their obligations.
  • Support internal / external project stakeholders at HIA, by providing recommendation / requirements on scope of work, design submittals / proposals, evaluation on the technical feasibility with its related potential impact of the proposed change to the existing controls systems, and / or the design standards, in order archive the projects completion date, projects deliverables and have smooth handing over.
  • Manage the activities of the Fault Monitoring Centre (FMC), by ensuring that the appropriate action is being taken to respond to indications received on the CBMS. This is done through monitoring the accuracy and timeliness of corrective maintenance work orders being reported by the FMC team in order to ensure all systems are functional and corrective work orders are assigned and delivered.
  • Review the maintenance integration deliverables from the various project teams by evaluating the content and quality of the documents, to ensure that the required/correct information/data is communicated to the appropriate HIA FM delivery team(s) and the assets are managed effectively.
  • Manage periodic asset condition surveys through frequent analysis to ensure that the asset ratings are frequently updated in alignment with the HIA Asset Management Systems (AMS).
  • Plan, monitor, delegate and supervise the preventive/corrective maintenance program for all Electronic assets are implemented according to the statutory requirements, best practice standards and in compliance to company policy (SOP) in order to ensure timely completion with optimized manpower and resources.
