The ideal candidate should have worked on the Shop floor as Maintenance Supervisor reporting to Plant Engineer or Maintenance Manager. The candidate should have managed all preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities in a carbonated soft drinks and / or water bottling plant.The candidate should have adequate experience in filling lines preferably SIDEL and KHS. Good working knowledge on Blomax units, Combi Filler, labelling machine and packaging machines. The candidate should have experience in spares planning, job allocation, materials planning in his career.The candidate should have adequate knowledge in various problem solving tools like 5S, Cause and Matrix, Why Why Analysis and should have good practical experience in implementing these tools in the Shop floor. Basic knowledge in maintenance of Utilities equipments will be an added advantage. Any previous experience in installation of filling lines will also be an added advantage.
