Job descriptionCharterhouse has partnered with an iconic Luxury Fashion Brand who are looking to hire an experienced Team Manager for their new boutique in Place Vendome mall in Doha, Qatar.About the roleThis is a unique opportunity to join a renowned international fashion house with a constantly growing presence across the Middle East Region. You will lead, motivate and coach the in-store team and drive their performance to exceed their targets and KPIs.You will lead your team by example and you will ensure they have excellent product knowledge at all times.In addition, you will work closely with a Store Manager to support day to day store operations and will also be involved in the recruitment and on-boarding of the new staff.Our client is looking for a proactive and ?people focused? individual, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.In this role, you will constantly seek ways of attracting new clients and maintain strong relationships with the existing clientele, including the VIP client network.About youTo be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience working for an international luxury brand at a managerial level. You must also have excellent communication skills in English.The role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for luxury retail and fashion and a solid understanding of the market.
