Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the Loss Prevention activities for Offshore Project, ensuring technical requirements (e.g. project specifications, data sheets, etc.) fully comply with project deliverables and standardized processes and to provide design support to other project Offshore Engineering Manager ensuring all aspects are delivered to the highest standards. Provide extensive knowledge and understanding on the requirements of ECPI, communicating and efficiently translating Company requirements and data into an efficient delivery from the contractor. Collaborate across disciplines (including Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Pipeline, Umbilical, HSSE and Risk), and monitor the progress and delivery of the engineering sections of the work scope.
Ensure that the Contractor?s Loss Prevention Topsides, Onshore Facilities (Offshore scope) Engineering, and Gas and MEG Pipeline designs comply with the Contract requirements including codes and standards.
Provide guidance to the contractor to promote compliance.
Plan and schedule the Loss Prevention engineering deliverables to enable efficient project execution, ensuring technical alignment and compliance with operational policies, standards of business conduct and project management system.
Supports Offshore project Engineering Manager in monitoring the contractor?s progress on delivery of the required documents in the Loss Prevention of Topsides and Pipeline disciplines.
Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts with respect the disciplines involved in delivery of the Loss Prevention related to Topsides and Pipelines Engineering and ensures endorsement of Process Technical deviations to Company specifications when required.
Required Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent, other qualification, technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.
