KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:?Technical: ?? Able to understand customer complaints and perform procedural repairs? Follow instructions of manufacturer, superiors in strategy-based diagnostic and repairs? Keep idle time to minimum and deliver high productivity and efficiency at all the time? Demonstrate the skills of up selling, fix it right time attitude, re-engineering and cut wastages? Must ensure all jobs carried out as per the quality standards and to customer satisfaction? Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental requirements? Maintain clean working environment and neat housekeeping? Maintain vehicle repair data and records in DMS and filing?
