1. Provides legal consultation and/or solution to legal concerns ,problems and its subsidiaries2. Reviews various contracts such as but not limited to lease contracts, suppliers contracts and franchise contracts and make necessary recommendation and revision to make sure that each provision is aligned to the business goals and protects the best interest of the company3. Acts as an house lawyer and drafts statement of defense and/or claims4. Prepares minutes of the meeting for Board Meeting and General Assembly Meeting5. Negotiates the company?s rights and obligations and advises the company and its management on their duties and obligations and liabilities under relevant laws and regulatory contracts6. Assumes the responsibility of the Group Legal Manager in his absence7. Initiates the development of legal document management system8. Performs other job- related duties as assigned
