Advise on and review agreements such as construction agreements, commercial documentation.
Giving accurate and timely counsel to clients in a variety of legal topics.
Providing legal advice and support on a wide range of legal activities.
Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
Proactive legal assistance and advice on various legal issues, including but not limited to corporate, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, litigation, regulatory, employment, and governance.
Maintains strong Knowledge of Qatar Law.
Ability to develop legal arguments, motions, and other case filings.
Take minutes and accurately enter data, Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
Enhance relationships with existing clients to grow new areas of business.
Attending to different courts to attend hearings on behalf of clients.
Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
Providing alternative dispute resolution support. (Mediation & Arbitration).
