Job Objective:To provide accurate and timely legal advice on all legal matters and law that impacts or may impact the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates including identification and management of legal risks, providing legal assistance to all departments on company affairs. The position will be responsible for identifying and addressing legal issues associated with the company, and also will assist and liaise with external Lawyers engaged by the company on all legal matters of the company handled by them.
