Job Description

The Leasing Executive ensures efficiency of the Leasing Department by executing and monitoring all the phases of the process, from negotiation & presentations through store completion process within due dates, coordination of all documents, authorizations and payments within due dates and establishes a trusting relationship between all the tenants.

  • Ensure the successful leasing of retail and F&B outlets, in line with the commercial terms set out in the leasing budget, as well as the pre-determined strategy.
  • To represent the company in the highest professional and ethical manner at all times.
  • Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing department in accordance with Company?s policies and standards.
  • Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
  • Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing department.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department.
  • Familiarity with a variety of the field?s concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Identifying problem areas and proactively improving performance of operational activities and issues.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key clients and retail groups.
  • To be updated on current market trends and continuously conducting research on shopping mall industry.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Leasing Manager.
