Leasing Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end leasing of all Commercial Office spaces, products and services.Main target is to maintain high occupancy level across all branches along with sales pipeline management and reporting.Illustrate Propertys core values and strive to achieve ourmission.Lead leasing activities as following:? Present serviced offices, community membershipsor other properties for Enterprise to prospective clients in a persuasive manner? Manage lead funnel and sales pipeline on HubSpotand CRM.? Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques? Build and maintain relationships with brokers and other commercial real estate agents? Evaluate clients requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations? Provide accurate information on the different features of properties and premises? Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements? Keep abreast of the property market status? Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
