Job Description

Deliver and administer Cybersecurity training courses. He will also coordinate and manage any admin, technical, registration and instructors? requirements within Qatar Cybersecurity Academy while coordinating with Ministry of Defense (MoD) focal point, providing assistance to the trainer at class and students, ensuring that the training facility is ready for use, monitoring attendance of participants, maintaining database, promoting cybersecurity public courses in the community etc.Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Teach and deliver Cybersecurity courses
  • Put outreach strategy to reach wider range of clients within Qatar and outside
  • Serve as the focal point of all activities related to Qatar Cybersecurity Academy.
  • Coordinate with Ministry of Defense and other entities regarding their training requirements.
  • Participate in the selection process of the nominated students.
  • Work with trainers in aligning the course schedules with their availability and assist in the provision of and security passes to the training venue when required.
  • Ensure that contractual obligations are being met by the training provider.
  • Prepare and maintain the QCA budget.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the trainer and participants of ongoing courses.
  • Ensure that the training facility is ready for use.
  • Develop and update training materials and prepare training documents for students when required.
  • Monitor the attendance and performance of participants, ensuring that issues are properly communicated and dealt with.
  • Prepare required training reports
