Focal point of Talent Management on any requirements and updates to the Cybersecurity courses and admin needs.
Enlisting, documenting and ensuring ID clearance of nominated students if necessary
Put outreach strategy to reach wider range of clients within Qatar and outside

Operational Responsibilities

Ensure that the training facility (furniture, computers, network, etc) is ready for use.
Assist the Learning Specialists in developing training materials and preparing training documents for students.
Administer the registration of participants, monitor and record their attendance, ensuring that issues are properly communicated and dealt with.
Prepare and issue certificates to successful participants.
Prepare and maintain the budget.
Prepare and maintain Students Database.
Prepare required training reports.
Ensure office utilities, meals, etc. are provided during the courses.
Ensure students? wellbeing and adhere to any requests from the students or instructors.
Provide administrative support to Talent Management Team when required.
