Translate press releases from English to Arabic, often on a short deadline.
Translate key documents such as letters from English to Arabic or Arabic to English for the Corp Communications department and management
Review Arabic newspapers and translate, where necessary, key stories for management
Check social media for Arabic comment, positive and negative on Qatar Airways
Check Arabic radio / TV broadcast stations for any stories positive and negative on Qatar Airways
Monitors day to day Arabic media monitoring
In the event of an accident or incident, would be required to work after-hours and weekends for the purposes of crisis communications response
Manage the companys media email account as well as handling the archiving of press releases and media clippings on the local server
