Job SpecificationIdentify, coordinate and lead closure of interfacesfor North Field Expansion (NFE) Onshore EPC-2 Project.Provide overall guidance and leadership withrespect to the physical interfaces between NFE Onshore EPC-2 project and areasoperated by Operating Companies (OPCO) such as: Common Lean LNG, RLTO and Common Sulfur Project (CSP), JBOG, etc.Key Job Accountabilities

• Provide Leadership and support for theNFE Onshore EPC-2 Project interface with Operations organizations andEngineering and Projects.
• Promote clear, accurate, timely, andconsistent communication with internal organizations with respect totransferring interface information.
• Implement the NFE Onshore EPC-2 Project InterfaceManagement tool to coordinate all EPC-2 Contractors activities for effectivelymanaging and organizing physical interfaces.
• Implement the NFE Onshore EPC-2 ProjectsInterface Management Plan (IMP) for Brownfield interfaces i.e. interfaces with operatingassets. The position is responsible for coordinating and managing theinterfaces between EPC-2 Contractor and existing operating assets
• Conduct interface management workshopswith the Project Owners and Stakeholders to address physical interfaces andmanagement processes.
• Provides a single point of contact forinformation development and transfer between the NFE Onshore EPC-2 Project and theinternal interfacing organizations.
• Assures interfaces between the NFEOnshore EPC-2 Project and the internal interfacing organizations are defined,developed, and documented in a timely manner consistent with NFE Onshore EPC-2 Projectsneeds.
• Schedule meetings, issue minutes ofmeetings and steward close out of action items with interfacing organizations andEPC Contractors on a frequent basis, consistent with all projects needs.
• Coordinate and Lead implementation of allthe Projects Interface Agreements with QG Opco.
• Liaise with EPC-2 Contractor and maintainthe Projects Interface Registers that summarize all Interface Agreements.
• Keep NFE Onshore EPC-2 Project teaminformed with respect to progress in resolving and closing out Interface Agreements.
• Coordinate, oversee and monitor interfacemanagements activities for EPC-2 project.
• Coordinate and ensure that EPC-2 ContractorsInterface Plans are developed, effectively implemented and monitored.
• Assist in bringing Interface Agreementsto Approved and Closed status.
• Assist in conflict resolution regardingInterface Agreements.
• Identify and escalate interface mattersthat are not being resolved by parties who have Interface Agreements.
• Keep the Head Interface OffplotsBrownfield informed of interface matters that could potentially jeopardizeProject Objectives or lead to claims from the EPC-2 Contractor.    
• Guide implementation of the NFE Onshore EPC-2Projects system for storing, editing, managing, reporting, and trackingInterface Agreements and Documents.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Must have 15 years minimum workexperience as Interface Lead or Project Engineer in Oil & Gas Industrypreferably LNG.
• Minimum of five (5) years of productionand project field experience in brownfield working environment withdemonstrated supervisory skills
