Job Purpose:Develop and lead comprehensive Loss Prevention activities for COMP Projects, ensuring all safety and loss prevention requirements such as philosophies, codes, practices are in compliance with project and company requirements and standards. Provide clear guidance to the EPC contractor and facilitate resolution of loss prevention issues to complete discipline activities consistent with project objectives and milestones.
Review Contractor?s Loss Prevention/Process Safety Engineering design deliverables. Support the EPC by providing clear guidance to close out appropriate actions associated with LP activities such as safety case studies, risk assessments, HAZOPs etc.
Maintaining constructive and positive working relationship with EPC contractors to ensure delivery of Technical Safety / Loss Prevention scope per plan and in accordance with project requirements.
Facilitation of risk assessment sessions with the participation of different stakeholders and Develops safe, fit-for-purpose technical solutions that meet the intent of project requirements.
Expert knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of Technical Safety engineering methodologies, software systems, and design practices as they relate to Detail Design, Construction, Commissioning, and plant Start-up
