Job Description

Lead of Construction Engineering Minimum ten (10) years in Project Execution, with a strong background in engineering, construction, and management of large green field construction activities. Proven experience with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodology and systems completion management and associated databases. Experience with multi-cultural type Projects. Experience with LNG Projects, preferable Bachelor?s in Science (Engineering); Technical background as a discipline engineer, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Construction Engineer with solid Project Execution experience.

  • The position is responsible and accountable for all construction engineering activities pertaining to the scope of EPC-1 Utilities activities at RLIC Site through hand-over to the Commissioning and Completion Teams in accordance with the Completion Sequence.
  • The position reports to the EPC-1 Construction Division Manager and will have full delegation to undertake all works, activities and coordination pertaining to scope.
  • The position shall interact daily with its counterparts and construction management at EPC-1 Contractor and Project Team
  • The position includes close coordination and interaction with the Head of Planning or Planning and Schedule Specialist(s) to keep control on the schedule and key Project and Progress Milestones.
  • The position includes the review, comment and approval of construction related deliverables submitted by the EPC-1 Contractor.
  • Large, ?one of a kind?, complex LNG Project.
  • Large construction scope, quantities and direct man-hours involved.
  • ?Start with end in mind? Project, with the necessity to achieve a smooth and flawless construction execution and transfer to the commissioning team to secure first drop LNG from LNG Trains 8, 9, 10 and 11 Hand-Over at Effective Date plus 57, 63, 69 and 75 months.
  • Be inventive on construction execution and methods, bring experience from other large and complex projects, in particular LNG Plants.
