This role requires leadership, creativity, and technical expertise.The Role

  • Lead the design team to produce high-quality work.
  • Develop and oversee the visual strategy for projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure brand alignment.
  • Review and approve all design materials before final delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with significant experience in the GCC region, particularly in Qatar.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Designer or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional creativity and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in design, preferably within the government or agency sectors.
