Job Description

Dawodia Holdingir seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As Legal Manager, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters and providing expert advice to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse cases and contribute to the success of our firm. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Qatars legal system and be familiar with local laws and regulations. Additionally, excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for this role.Responsibilities:?Provide guidance on legal matters and risk management for various departments within the group.?Supervise and manage legal operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.?Develop and implement legal strategies to support the groups business objectives.?Handle negotiations, contracts, and legal agreements.?Prepare and review various types of contracts and agreements (including real estate contracts, lease agreements, and investment contracts).?Draft official correspondences for high-level government entities.?Guide and lead a team of legal professionals.Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong knowledge of Qatars legal system, laws, and regulations
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  3. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  4. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
