Job Description

Platinum Laundry is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Laundry Cashier to join our team in Doha, Qatar. If you have excellent communication skills and a knack for handling financial transactions with accuracy, we want to hear from you!Position: Laundry CashierLocation: Platinum Laundry, Doha, QatarResponsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry service needs.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
  • Answer customer inquiries about services, prices, and policies.
  • Track and report any discrepancies in cash or card transactions.
  • Assist with folding, tagging, and sorting laundry during peak times or as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or in a customer service role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with electronic payment systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
