Job Description

Perform surveying works for activities of properties and sites in order to provide information for building construction, alterations, valuations, land use and map making.

  • Analyze, measure and inspect properties and sites to establish property boundaries and to provide information for construction Projects.?
  • Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
  • Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas using theodolites, transits, levels, and satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS)
  • Record the results of surveys including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features to be used for quantities calculation, cost estimation, and invoice preparation.??
  • Analyze survey objectives and specifications to prepare survey proposals or to direct others in survey proposal preparation.
  • Train assistants and helpers, and direct their work in such activities as performing surveys or drafting maps
  • Ensure the compliance with the company?s safety procedure and implement the same to his subordinates in all work periods.
