As La Vista Bar Manager you will be whipping up an exciting food & beverage experience through a variety of engaging platforms and events. You will lead and inspire a team of talented bartenders, waiters and waitresses to create an unforgettable and unique guest experience at all times.Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Have the ability to deliver a warm and welcoming service style following the IHG ethos and spirit
  • Be excellent at multi-tasking whilst keeping our guests at the front of your mind at all times
  • To manage the bar and consistently provide high-quality, professional and well organised service
  • Ensure that all food and beverage services are delivered to the highest possible standard
  • Creation of new beverage/cocktail menu to suit guest needs and drive sales
  • Respond positively, politely, and efficiently to all guest requests and handle their complaints professionally, and keep F&B Director informed on all matters.
  • To help and assist with any functions that may be held at the hotel
  • Understand and drive guest satisfaction through feedback from the Guest and online platform to achieve targets
The ideal candidate will be result-oriented and self-motivated along with a positive attitude. You should have the ability to think laterally and display a high level of integrity. You should also have the ability to identify, impact and influence others. You are a strong team player, enthusiastic and flexible.Minimum 3 years experience in a similar concept i.e. Night Club, Sports Bar, or Pubs with live music/DJMinimum 1 year as an Assistant Manager or Manager in the similar conceptQatar or GCC experience is preferable
