Job Summary:We are searching for an experienced Kitchen Chef to oversee and manage our kitchen operations. As a Kitchen Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, coordinating the kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.Job Responsibility:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation standards- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, stock control, and cost control measures- Develop and update menu items to cater to the preferences and dietary needs of our customers- Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events or themed menus- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards- Monitor and track food wastage and implement measures for waste reduction- Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative dishes and cooking techniques
