Job Summary:The Key Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing key accounts to ensure long-term success. This role involves developing strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.Job Responsibility:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts- Understand the business needs of key customers and provide solutions to meet those needs- Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Identify new business opportunities within key accounts- Prepare reports on account status and sales performance- Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely mannerCandidate Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in key account management or a similar role- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office- Availability to travel for client meetings as needed
