? The Marketing Coordinator will be Responsible for proposing and assisting the business in developing and implementing marketing initiatives by undertaking all administrative duties and other relevant task as required.? Undertake all marketing administration and filling activities as required;? Ensure that the sales enquiry process is conducted in a timely manner that meets internal procedures and customer satisfaction;? Database coordination, importing from Excel;? Sales support activities;? Support incoming enquiries, co-ordinate client meetings.? Implement ways of maintaining relationships with all current and past clients;? Maintain, enhance and keep up to date all aspects of the company web site;? Actively support the preparation of promotions, exhibition events, road shows Etc to attract new clients;? Support job closeout processes and implement ongoing client contact strategies;? Continually review and improve company marketing literature, company salespresentations and advertising material;? Support the preparation of company newsletter and newsflash on a regular basis;? Contact existing clients; build relationships and acquire new clients
