We are currently hiring Junior Accountant for our Sister Company Enterprise- Rent-A- Car (One of the largest car rental company in the world)

Update credit card information and pass relevant debit notes.
Verify petty cash bills, track daily fuel expenses, and prepare CPVs with necessary approvals.
Process QID renewals and handle petty cash reimbursements.
Manage traffic fine payments, including preparation and tracking of vouchers.
Claim funds for QTI & registration renewals, prepare cash payment vouchers, and reconcile transactions.
Issue and reconcile cash receipt books.
Post JV entries and process security deposit refunds with internal approval.
Enter month-end closing JVs, induct new vehicles, and create used car sale invoices.
Maintain expense trackers and prepare monthly fuel expense reports.
Handle refund delays from banks and prepare additional reports as requested by management.
