Job Description

  • Coordinate with Group HR for Time Sheet verifications
  • Process monthly payroll for all business units under Group HR-Payroll responsibility
  • Process Settlements, Staff Advances, Loans and other Payroll-related requests
  • Prepare payment vouchers for all payroll-related payments
  • Assist in the review of all payrolls under the Group of companies
  • Assist in the approval and bank uploading of all payroll-related payments
  • Monthly veri?cation of payroll costing and subsequent transfer to the GL
  • Reconcile all personnel related expenses, advances, accruals and provision with the GL
  • Handle all payroll related matters to include Employee Clearances, Pay Slip queries and Employee?Benefits
  • Ensure confidentiality of all payroll related matter at all times
