To provide day-to-day functional and technical support for the Autoline Dealer Management System (DMS) across Almana Group's automotive companies, ensuring users receive timely assistance and the system effectively supports dealership operations. The role supports Autoline administration, troubleshooting, user access, testing, reporting, and documentation while working closely with the Senior Autoline Specialist, IT teams, and automotive business users.KEY RESULTS AREAS / DELIVERABLES AND KEY ACTIVITIESAUTOLINE DMS SUPPORT & ADMINISTRATIONProvide day-to-day support and routine administration of the Autoline DMS across the Group's automotive businesses.Respond to Autoline incidents, service requests, and user inquiries.Perform routine system administration and configuration activities as assigned.Assist with user account creation, access rights, roles, and permissions.Troubleshoot common functional and technical issues affecting users.Monitor assigned incidents and service requests through to resolution.Escalate complex or recurring issues to the Senior Autoline Specialist or appropriate IT team. AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS PROCESS SUPPORTSupport users in the effective use of Autoline across key automotive business processes.Provide system support for Vehicle Sales, Aftersales, Workshop, Parts, Warranty, and Finance functions.Assist users with Autoline transactions, processes, and system functionality.Understand user issues and gather relevant information for troubleshooting.Support the implementation of approved business process changes within Autoline.Identify recurring user issues and communicate them to the Senior Autoline Specialist.Ensure support activities follow approved business procedures and system processes.SYSTEM CHANGES, TESTING & ENHANCEMENTSSupport Autoline system changes, enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities.Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for system changes and enhancements.Support configuration activities under the guidance of the Senior Autoline Specialist.Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Record test results, issues, and user feedback during UAT.Assist with system upgrades, patches, releases, and new functionality.Provide user support following system changes and production deployments.DATA, INTEGRATION & REPORTING SUPPORTAssist in maintaining Autoline data accuracy and supporting integration and reporting requirements.Assist in monitoring data accuracy and identifying system data inconsistencies.Support investigation of data-flow issues between Autoline and integrated systems.Assist with routine data extraction and operational reporting requirements.Support users with standard Autoline reports and information requests.Assist with data correction, reconciliation, and validation activities.Escalate significant data, reporting, or integration issues to the Senior Autoline Specialist.USER SUPPORT, TRAINING & DOCUMENTATION Support Autoline users through timely assistance, basic training, and accurate system documentation.Provide guidance to users on standard Autoline functions and processes.Coordinate with the IT Service Desk on Autoline-related incidents and requests.Assist in conducting user training and system demonstrations.Prepare and update user guides, FAQs, process instructions, and support documentation.Support new users during system onboarding and access setup.Record common issues and resolutions to support knowledge sharing.Assist in communicating system updates and changes to users. SECURITY, CONTROLS & SYSTEM RECORDSSupport the proper administration of Autoline access, documentation, and system controls.Process approved user access and permission requests.Assist with periodic reviews of user accounts, access rights, and permissions.Follow Group IT security and change-management procedures.Maintain records of incidents, service requests, system changes, and configurations.Ensure system documentation and support records are kept accurate and up to date.Support internal and external audit requirements relating to Autoline.Report security concerns, access issues, and control exceptions to the Senior Autoline Specialist or Group IT Director.SkillsEDUCATION? Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.? Relevant training or certification in IT applications, databases, IT service management, or automotive systems is an advantage.EXPERIENCE? Minimum 2?3 years of experience in application support, DMS support, IT support, or a related role.? Hands-on experience with Autoline DMS is highly preferred.? Experience supporting users in an automotive dealership environment is preferred.? Exposure to automotive processes such as Sales, Aftersales, Workshop, Parts, Warranty, or Finance is an advantage.? Experience in application troubleshooting, user administration, and system support is preferred.? Basic exposure to databases, reporting, system testing, or integrations is an advantage.
